With an inspired blend of lunacy that includes physical humor, impersonations, stylized caricatures of nightclub singers and his signature "man on the street" interviews. Emmy Award winner KEVIN MEANEY has been one of the country's most popular standup comedians for more than 25 years. Tom Shale's of the Washington Post said, "Picture the precocious love child of Jonathan Winters and Ethel Merman and you have some idea of Kevin Meaney's act." Making people laugh has always been a top priority for Kevin. From his early years doing standup comedy in San Francisco and Boston he's amassed an impressive list of credits along the way. His first HBO special in 1986 catapulted him to the forefront of the comedy scene. In 1987 Kevin made his debut appearance on, "The Tonight Show" with Johnny Carson and was invited by Johnny to join the guest panel. Since his first appearance Kevin has returned to the show a dozen times. He was a special guest on Saturday Night Live and has appeared on Letterman, Regis, Oprah and Conan. Kevin is also an accomplished actor, having starred in the CBS sitcom, "Uncle Buck" which ran for a full season. In addition, he has done numerous guest appearances on both sitcoms and dramas. He also had a featured role in the movie 'Big". In 2006, Kevin expanded his acting repertoire to appear in the Broadway production of Hairspray as The Male Authority Figure, playing five roles - Mr. Pinky, Harriman F. Spritzer, The Principal, The Cop and the Flasher. Kevin is also a successful writer and producer. He wrote and produced and starred in a one-man autobiographical play titled, Wedding Vows in Vegas which premiered at the prestigious U.S. Comedy Arts Festival in Aspen, Colorado before going on to a successful summer run in Boston at the Hasty Pudding Theatre. Steve Martin called it, "The most innovative, heart-rending and funny show I've seen in a long, long time." Known for drawing upon his family relationships for much of his material, Kevin has made such lines as "That's not Right" and "We're Big Pants People" and "We're going to lose the house" (delivered in the tremulous voice of his mother) catch phrases for hilarity. An evening with Kevin is a trip to the funhouse and one laugh escalates into a bigger one and good-hearted humor prevails. So, Big Pants People of the world unite...your leader is here, his name is Kevin Meaney and he's on a mission of mirth. Kevin is currently living in New York with his daughter Kate.

THE COMEDY WORKS - 388 BROADWAY - SARATOGA SPRINGS (next to Circus Cafe)

Since bursting on the comedy scene Flip Orley has single - handedly reshaped the image of hypnosis from its vaudeville image, to an act hip and edgy enough for the MTV generation. Flip’s appearance on the “Today Show” brought rave reviews and stopped traffic in midtown Manhattan. His first appearance was so successful he was invited back several times.

Flip’s one-man show has set comedy club attendance records from coast to coast. Faithful fans and newcomers alike find themselves screaming with laughter as Flip ignites his volunteers’ subconscious minds and transforms reality. What sets Orley apart from others in his craft, is his true comedic ability, delivering a hilarious stand up set before unleashing his volunteers creative imaginations.

"... it's difficult to remain skeptical..."

The Los Angeles Times attests that “...the beauty of Orley’s show is that, because most of the humor comes from the volunteers, and no two performances are alike.

The Dallas Morning News reports, “It’s difficult to remain skeptical after seeing Flip transform a panel of well-behaved audience members into a family of trailer-park dwellers from Arkansas, Southern accent and all!”

Orley has been seen on “Entertainment Tonight,” “The Martin Short Show,” “Comic Strip Live,” the “Ricki Lake Show,” Maury Povich” and “Space Ghost Coast To Coast.” It is his uncanny way with subjects, his finely tuned power of suggestion and rapid-fire delivery that keep audiences coming back for more. Unlike past and many current generations of hypnotists, Orley does not humiliate his subjects for comic effect. Orley prefers to entertain by bringing out the creativity from his volunteers and enlightening his audiences...often with lasting beneficial effects on those who have been inducted. After making them forget their own names, having them regress to age 5, or pledge undying love to complete strangers in a highly original version of “The Newlywed Game.” Flip’s subjects often awaken from their hypnotic trance reporting less stress, an ability to sleep better, have more energy, and a renewed libido!

Flip is adamant about “not” embarrassing his volunteers. “I want the audience to laugh with them, not at them,” he says. “This is the purest form of improvisational entertainment you will ever see as the show rewrites itself every night, with the volunteers as my partners, not my victims. Each subject is treated with respect and gentility.”

"... held over by popular demand."

Orley’s journey to becoming the country’s hippest hypnotist of his time began when he bought a book in the 6th grade called “How to Pick Up Girls Through Hypnotism.” Although the advice in that particular book did not pay off, Orley became obsessed with the subject, realizing the creative potential and learned everything he could about it. Flip studied psychology at University Of Arizona with the intention of becoming a clinical hypnotist. It was while majoring in psychology at the University of Arizona, however, that Orley discovered stand-up comedy. Hypnosis took second place for a time as Orley honed his comedic skills in small clubs around the country eventually merging the two. The rest is comedy club history as marquees across the nation invariably read “Flip Orley/ Held Over By Popular Demand, for up to 12 weeks at a time.

"... Flip hopes the audience recognizes the possible benefits of hypnosis"

Realizing the value of the clinical side of hypnotism, Flip developed techniques in seminars and workshops to help people get in touch with their inner strength through the power of their own subconscious minds. Orley’s self-help CD’s address a variety of issues such as, stress management, weight control, smoking cessation, and sleep disorders. Dentists, doctors and patients who are allergic to anesthesia have called upon Flip’s abilities. Orley assisted one dentist who operated on a patient for almost 2 hours without an anesthetic. The subject awakened without pain and thought the whole thing was a scam, until she looked into a mirror. Orley maintains that he teaches his subjects how to more successfully explore their creativity, imaginations and unlock their own subconscious minds.

Flip has performed his shows on television, in comedy night clubs, theatres, for fortune 500 companies, and in casino showrooms. When Flip takes the stage and rolls up his sleeves, his audience can expect two hours of FUN and an experience they will never forget. Flip’s interviews are interesting and entertaining. His stories of subconscious creativity will have you laughing out loud.

Jim's BIO

JIM FLORENTINE is a stand-up comedian, actor, writer, comedian, voice artist, and performer, who is currently co-hosting VH1 Classic's hit heavy metal talk show series "That Metal Show" alongside Eddie Trunk and now label-mate Don Jamieson. JIM FLORENTINE is best known for his work on Comedy Central's show Crank Yankers where he performed the voice of Special Ed, a mentally challenged teenager, and Bobby Fletcher, a despicable, alcoholic slob who is the older cousin of Ed. Recently, JIM FLORENTINE opened up the American Carnage Tour for Anthrax, Megadeth, and Slayer in arenas across the country. JIM FLORENTINE comments; "performing in front of 13,000 Slayer fans every night was insane! It was like emceeing a rape!" JIM FLORENTINE also appears in the feature film "A Little Help" starring Jenna Fischer (Pam Beesley of The Office) and Chris O' Donnell (Scent of a Woman). JIM FLORENTINE plays the character Brian, who is Jenna Fischer's love interest in the film. A Little Helphas already won best film in several different film festivals and JIM FLORENTINE appeared on the Jimmy Kimmel Live! on June 22 to promote the movie.

In June 2012 Jim just hosted the OMA Awards for MTV that aired worldwide. In Aug of 2012 That Metal Show that Jim co hosts on VH1 Classic will be going into it's 11th season. Jim also recently opened for the band Metallica at a festival called Orionfest that attracted over 50,000 fans!

"Being a fan of the Metal Blade label since its inception, it is truly an honor to be part of the family now. I will try my hardest to make the heaviest comedy album ever. So expect plenty of fat jokes!" comments JIM FLORENTINE.

Metal Blade Records CEO Brian Slagel adds: "I have always been a big fan of comedy and Jim is a great comedian. He is also a metal head and friend so I am so excited to welcome him to the Metal Blade Family!"

JIM FLORENTINE has also been in involved in shows such as HBO Inside the NFL, Late Late Show withCraig Kilborn, Chelsea Lately on E, The Howard Stern Radio & TV Show, Jimmy Kimmel Live on ABC, MTV Music Video Awards, Spike TV Video Game Awards, HBO Down and Dirty Comedy Show, and The Apprentice just to name a few.

On Oct. 25 2011 Jim released his stand up CD on Metal Blade Records called Cringe N Purge. It landed at #3 on the Itunes Charts and #5 on the Comedy Billboard ChartsHere is one of the many positive reviews.

On Sept. 4 2012 Jim released his 2nd CD on Metal Blade Records called Awful Jokes From My First Comedy Notebook. That CD also landed at #3 on the Itunes Charts and # 10 on the Comedy Billboard Charts. Jim is only the 3rd comedian ever to have 2 CD's land in the top 10 in the same year! The concept for this CD was that Jim stumbled across his first comedy notebooks from when he first started doing comedy back in the early 90's. He couldn't believe how bad his early jokes were and decided to share them with his fans and went into a recording studio and read his awful jokes directly out of his notebook. The CD has recieved massive critical acclaim in the comedy world for taking a huge risk. Check out this review

In 2011 Jim launched his weekly Podcast called Comedy, Metal, Midgets. It is one of the most popular comedy Podcasts out there constantly landing in the top 20 every week. You can listen and subscribe for free here. iTunes

History (taken from Jim FLORENTINE's Wikipedia page):

In July 2001, FLORENTINE released Terrorizing Telemarketers Volume 1. After numerous plays on the Howard Stern Radio Show, his CD ranking on Amazon.com went from 282,363 to number 2. The only artist ahead of him was the Backstreet Boys. Later that week, FLORENTINE's CD came in at #17 on the Internet Billboard charts.

After the release of Terrorizing Telemarketers Volume 2 in late 2001, Jimmy Kimmel and Adam Carolla took a liking to FLORENTINE's prank calls and hired him for a show to debut in June 2002 on Comedy Central called Crank YankersFLORENTINE played Special Ed, a mentally challenged teenager, and Bobby Fletcher, a despicable, alcoholic slob who is the older cousin of Ed.

After season 1, Eminem took a liking to FLORENTINE's characters and flew him out to his Detroit studio to do prank calls together for the upcoming season of Crank Yankers. The following year in 2004, Eminem and FLORENTINE did a bit together on the MTV Music awards show where Eminem beat up Special Ed, who kept annoying him (and tore his leg off). Crank Yankers lasted 3 seasons on Comedy Central. The show moved over to MTV2 in 2006 for one season. FLORENTINE's Special Ed character that he created is still played at various Sporting Events at stadiums across the USA.

FLORENTINE was featured on the series premiere of Down and Dirty with Jim Norton, a stand-up comedy series that aired on HBO on October 3, 2008. The series spotlights new and established talent, including Artie Lange, Bill Burr (Chappelle Show), Patrice O'Neal (Scary Movie 4), and Andrew Dice Clay. Lemmy, leader of the heavy metal band Motörhead, serves as the musical director.

Later that year, That Metal Show which FLORENTINE hosts made its debut on VH1 Classic. It's described as "The Tonight Show for AC/DC fans". He is also co-hosting along with Eddie Trunk and Don Jamieson. The show is currently in its 8th season.

FLORENTINE has been seen on The Apprentice, Comedy Central's Mother Load, HBO's Inside the NFL, Late Late Show with Craig Kilborn, The Opie and Anthony Show, The Howard Stern Show, Spike TV's Video Game Awards, MTV Music Video Awards, Jimmy Kimmel Live, Last Call with Carson Daly, Tough Crowd with Colin Quinn on Comedy Central, VH1's The List, and Louie Anderson's Comedy Showcase. He also voiced the redneck radio host Bobbie Ray in the video game Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories.

FLORENTINE has a series of prank call CDs known as Terrorizing Telemarketers Volumes 1-5. The CDs feature a series of recorded telephone conversations, often with FLORENTINE receiving calls from telemarketers, wherein he turns the tables on often aggressive salespeople by being deliberately difficult and creating awkward situations.

In 2004, FLORENTINE worked one season on HBO's Inside the NFL performing various comedy sketches. The show won an Emmy that season and FLORENTINE has proudly said in various interviews that when he was single he kept it on his night stand and it would close the deal anytime he had a date over. He called it his "Mariano Rivera".

At the same time, FLORENTINE released two hidden camera DVDs called Meet The Creeps where he and his partner Don Jamieson pull outrageous pranks on people. The DVD has got in the hands of some Comedy Central executives and they brought Meet The Creeps to their broadband channel called Motherload. After the two successful seasons, Comedy Central did a Meet The Creeps pilot for the network. The pilot was deemed too mean spirited and the show never made it on the network.

Between 2004 and 2008, FLORENTINE made 3 appearances on Jimmy Kimmel Live! on ABC. He also appeared on The Late Late Show with Craig Kilborn. In 2007, FLORENTINE appeared on the last episode of The Apprentice in season 4 doing his edgy stand-up comedy at a conservative charity event. He asked Trump's partner George if he wears a diaper. He has not been asked back on the apprentice since. He is an occasional guest on the late-night Fox News Channel show Red Eye w/ Greg Gutfeld.

In his stage appearances John DiCrosta is “electric” as one Las Vegas reviewer has said. Dozens of voices, off beat impressions, topical humor, sight gags, a few props, and sometimes even ventriloquism are among the tricks this comedian has up his sleeve. His sharp wit and knack for playfully causing trouble with practical jokes, has helped to spread his name across the United States and Canada.

John DiCrosta has lived in Los Angeles the last 11 years and has become one of the more popular  “Audience Warm-up” comics in Hollywood!

He has kept the crowds in hysterics and great spirits on such shows as Politically Incorrect & Real Time with Bill Maher, Late Late Show with Craig Kilborn, America’s Funniest Home Videos, American Idol, & Dancing with the Stars, just to name a few.

DiCrosta has also become one of the most sought after voice over actors in LA, providing his vocal talents for dozens of video games and various animated series on Nickelodeon, and most recently as a Decepticon in Transformers Revenge of the Fallen for Paramount Pictures.

This is one act not to be missed. He has been called on many occasions, one of the funniest “Audio-Visual” comedians working today.

Paul is a stand up comedian who grew up in the suburbs outside of New York City. He loves his family, cigars and having pointless sports arguments with his friends.  He was first attracted to stand up comedy at a very young age.  He was only nine years old when he witnessed Eddie Murphey's "Raw".  Although he couldn't understand all the jokes and probably should not have been listening to expicit language, he became instantlly intrigued by the idea of speaking into a microphone and making a crowd of people happy.  Also, in the mid-eighties, his father took him to see Rodney Dangerfield live at Radio City Music Hall in NYC.  By the end of the show, he was sleeping on his fathers lap but the seed was planted.

Starting out Paul was performing anywhere he could.  From doing contests, awful bar gigs where he stood on soda crates as a stage and even someones living room holding an empty corona bottle as a mic.  Paul now headlines clubs all across America.  Many of the nations top comedy clubs have called him one of the strongest up and comers working today. Paul has also opened for some of the biggest names in the business. Comics such as Bill Burr, Dave Attell and Jim Breuer to name a few. Recently he has toured with Bill Burr in some of the country's greatest theaters including, Constitution Hall, The Chicago Theatre and Carnegie Hall where he killed in front of a sold out crowd on the most legendary stage in the world.  During the NY Comedy Festival Paul opened for Burr at Madison Square Garden in front of 14,000 people.  Paul's debut album Paul Virzi "Night At The Stand" was #1 on iTunes and #4 on Billboards comedy album charts.   Every week you can hear him host his very popular podcast "The Virzi Effect".  Some of his credits include TV appearances on AXS TV's "Gotham Comedy Live", Fox's "Redeye, and writing for the ESPN ESPY Awards.  Paul has made numerous appearances at the very prestigious Just For Laughs Comedy Festival In Montreal and most recently was asked to perform at the SXSW Festival in Austin, TX.  He is also a writer and sketch actor for the AOL Originals show "2 Point Lead" and can be seen on the upcoming season of Adult Swims "The Eric Andre Show". Paul never fails in keeping the laughs coming and making the audience feel comfortable with his hard hitting personal approach. He is fun to watch and has a stage presence that is second to none.

One of the longest-running cast members in the 37-year history of SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE, versatile comedian Tim Meadows crafted some of the series’ most memorable characters during his 10 years on the popular late night show.  Such characters included Leon Phelps, The Ladies’ Man and Lionel Osbourne, host of the fictional public affairs show, Perspectives, as well as uncanny impressions of OJ Simpson, Ike Turner and Sammy Davis Jr.  Meadows also played school principal in the hit comedy MEAN GIRLS and recently co-starred with Adam Sandler and Chris Rock in the blockbuster comedies GROWN UPS and GROWN UPS 2. He was most recently on the NBC series MARRY ME starring as Casey Wilson’s father.

Born in Highland Park, Mich., and raised in Detroit, Meadows studied television and radio broadcasting at Wayne State University before performing improvisational comedy at the Soup Kitchen Saloon.  In 1985, Meadows relocated to Chicago, where he first joined Improv-Olympic, and then the legendary comedy troupe Second City.   During his three-years at Second City, he wrote and starred in productions of The Gods Must Be Lazy, with Chris Farley; It Was Thirty Years Ago Today; and Flag Smoking Permitted in Lobby Only, gaining a loyal following with his sharp comedic talent.  In 1991, Meadows achieved the dreams of comics nationwide when producer Lorne Michaels asked him to join SNL as a featured player.  Nominated for an Emmy® as part of the show’s writing team that same month, he later made the transition to cast member status two years afterward.

Several years after appearing in a string of films based on Saturday Night Live sketches, including CONEHEADS and WAYNE'S WORLD 2, Meadows was offered his own chance at features.  The 2000 release of Paramount’s THE LADIES MAN gave the eponymous hero Leon Phelps the opportunity to bring his Courvoisier-drinking romantic adviser to the big screen.  That same year, he left SNL to join NBC’s prime-time line-up as a regular cast member on The Michael Richards Show, and in 2002, he joined the cast of the NBC sitcom Leap of Faith.

Meadows also co-starred in the Sony Pictures comedy WALK HARD: THE DEWEY COX STORY with John C. Reilly. Other films include JACK AND JILL, BENCHWARMERS, SEMI-PRO with Will Ferrell and ALIENS IN THE ATTIC with Kevin Nealon and Ashley Tisdale. He was series regular on The Bill Engvall Show and Glory Daze on TBS and is a regular correspondent on The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson on CBS and The Colbert Report on Comedy Central. Some of his other television credits include The Office, The New Adventures of The Old Christine and Curb Your Enthusiasm. Tim also lends his voice to animated hit comedies, The Life & Times of Tim and Bob’s Burgers.

In this day of watered down comedy Nick Di Paolo's brutally honest performances remind us of what great stand up should be funny, socially relevant and a little bit reckless. Originally a Bostonian, Nick honed his seething, sarcastic style in New York City.  His range has allowed him to perform on shows as tame as The Tonight Show, yet as edgy as HBO's Young Comedians Special, Late Night with David Letterman, Jimmy Kimmel Live and Conan O’ Brien. He was twice nominated for an Emmy for his writing on HBO’s The Chris Rock Show. He has also had three half hour standup specials of his own on Comedy Central, a one hour Showtime Special called Raw Nerve, and a self released one hour special Another Senseless Killing. He was one of the stars on Tough Crowd with Colin Quinn and a stand out on many Comedy Central Roasts. Not limited to stand-up and writing, he has had acting roles on FX’s Louie, Inside Amy Schumer, The Sopranos and CK’s critically acclaimed Horace and Pete as well as many sitcoms. His strong political opinions and razor wit make him a perfect fit for talk radio as well. He’s a favorite on both Howard Stern and Opie and Jim Norton. He hosted his own show on New York’s 92.3 Free FM.  Presently, he hosts one of the most popular podcasts on iTunes, The Nick Di Paolo podcast.
